The veteran Mulberry Tree at the former London Chest Hospital is widely regarded as one of the most significant and well-documented trees in England. Retaining the tree while enabling redevelopment presented an exceptional challenge.
Send Marsh, Surrey
We were instrumental in getting planning approval for a development in Send Marsh. Working alongside Nexus Planning, and Gleeson Land. [July 2026]
Banbury, Oxfordshire
We're delighted to share that, at Cherwell District Council's Planning Committee on 23rd July, a resolution was made to grant outline planning permission for the development of up to 76 new homes in Banbury, subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement and planning conditions. [July 2026]
Uttlesford, Essex
We are pleased to report that we have helped to secure a unanimous RTG on a housing estate in Uttlesford District. [May 2026]
Camelford, Cornwall
We have a long term relationship with Tesco, and most recently have been involved in getting planning permission granted for a proposed Tesco store in Camelford. [February 2026]

Crystal Palace Park Gardens
Very proud to have been involved in the team to help secure planning for the completion of the Crystal Palace Park Regeneration works. The Dinosaurs have been restored to their original splendour, removed from the Heritage at Risk Register, and illuminated in technicolour for their return to the stage. Around them, the revitalised geological landscape reinforces Paxton's prehistoric narrative, tracing the evolution of plants through time. [July 2026]
Hayle, Cornwall
We have been involved in the planning success for Speedwell, a proposed Statkraft solar farm near Hayle in Cornwall. Helping the UK to strengthen its clean energy supply. [May 2026]
Chiswell Green, St. Albans
We are pleased to report that our Reserved Matters application for 150 new homes in Chiswell Green was approved by the Council’s Planning Committee. [February 2026]

Crystal Palace Park Gardens
We were appointed by HTA Landscape to provide specialist arboricultural consultancy services as part of the regeneration of Crystal Palace Park, one of London's most significant historic landscapes. Working collaboratively with the wider design team, our role was to ensure that the park's extensive tree resource was fully understood, appropriately protected and successfully integrated into the evolving design proposals.
Hagley Road, Birmingham
We are pleased to announce that proposals to redevelop underutilised car parking areas, demolition of vacant former school buildings and the sympathetic conversion of a locally listed building to provide 77 new dwellings has been submitted to Birmingham City Council for consideration. [July 2026]
Rudgwick, West Sussex
We are delighted to have been involved in a resolution to grant at planning committee yesterday evening for 90 much-needed dwellings in Rudgwick, West Sussex, delivering 40% affordable housing. [May 2026]
