Aspect Arboriculture were instructed to prepare an Arboricultural Method Statement to inform the residential re-development of Sweets Way, Whetstone, London. The scheme included 201 houses, 87 flats and a community building with associated vehicular site access.
The site contains over 200 trees which are covered by an area Tree Preservation Order. Aspect were also instructed to carry out onsite supervision works and trial pit investigations as part of the installation of proposed services within the site.
Planning Issues: Site covered by area Tree Preservation Order. Tree Protection Plans to accompany Arboricultural Method Statements for demolition and construction phases. Retention and protection of mature trees within the development. Site supervision works during construction.
