Duty of Care Tree Surveys

Aspect assist in carrying out Duty of Care surveys to trees that may be situated on or close to public land. The landowner is responsible for any injury or damage that may be caused and have a duty of care to prevent any hazardous trees causing harm. Aspect recommend that the structural condition of trees are regularly assessed.

We can provide this survey information in the form of a detailed report or schedule which will be accompanied by a tree location drawing.

As part of tree risk assessments, Aspect also carry out decay investigations with a PiCUS Sonic Tomograph, further details for this can be found below.
