We specialise in carrying out BS5837:2012 tree surveys from large-scale development proposals to individual trees within smaller residential properties throughout Great Britain. The purpose of the tree survey is to record information about trees on or adjacent to the site to inform design options.
The tree survey is in the form of a visual tree assessment. Tree locations will be identified using a topographical survey. In keeping with BS5837:2012 ‘Tree in Relation to Design, Construction and Demolition’, the survey includes the following parameters: Tree Numbers; Species; Stem Diameter; Tree Heights; Crown Spreads; Crown Clearance; Life Stage; Physiological and Structural Condition; Comments; BS5837 Category; Estimated Remaining Contribution.
